Frequently asked questions

What does 'research use only' mean?+

Our products are peptide reference standards intended solely for in-vitro laboratory experimentation and educational purposes. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or licensed medicines, and they are not for human or animal consumption, diagnosis, or treatment.

Why do I have to register before seeing the catalog?+

Because of the nature of peptide research materials and the regulatory framework surrounding them, access is restricted. Registration lets our team confirm each request aligns with our compliance and research-only policies before access is granted.

How long does the review take?+

Most registrations are reviewed within 1–2 business days. If approved, you'll receive a confirmation email with access details. We may request supporting documentation such as business registration or institutional affiliation.

How is your material tested?+

Every batch is analysed by an independent US third-party laboratory using HPLC and complementary methods, recorded against a unique lot number so any vial can be traced back to its batch.

How do I request a Certificate of Analysis?+

Approved researchers can request the COA for any lot by emailing our team.

Do you make any claims about effects?+

No. Published peptide findings are largely preclinical and model-dependent, and human data is limited or highly variable. We describe observed effects in research models only — we make no therapeutic, medical, or performance claims.

How are orders shipped and stored?+

Lyophilized peptides are shipped within the US, packed to remain stable in transit. Handling and storage instructions are provided with each shipment and the buyer assumes responsibility for compliant storage, handling, and disposal.

What is your return policy?+

Because of the nature of research materials, sales are generally final. If a product arrives damaged or a COA discrepancy is identified, email us within 7 days of receipt.
